How do I delete my account and data?

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your data:

  • In-App: Go to the Settings tab, scroll down, and tap Delete Account & Data. Follow the prompts to confirm.
  • Via Email: Send an email to support@flowfitgym.com requesting data deletion.

Once requested, your profile, health data, and identifiable records are completely removed from our active servers within 30 days.

How does FlowFit use my Health Data?

FlowFit integrates with Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android) to personalize your fitness journey.

  • Data we access: We only access data you explicitly authorize, such as steps, heart rate, active energy, weight, workouts, and sleep.
  • How we use it: This data is strictly used to power the AI Coach and generate personalized workout recommendations.
  • Data Protection: We do NOT sell your health data to third parties, nor do we use it for advertising or marketing. Your health data is securely stored and is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
